Integrated Services Group, LLC provides full-service repair solution covering a wide range of services from standard whole unit repairs to complex repairs and failure analysis on multi-layer board products. Our depot repair services include diagnosis, repair of parts or systems, testing, and comprehensive documentation to support the repairs.

Administrative Support
ISG’s has high quality standards which are supported by our detailed metrics; each metrics is derived from customer requirements and feedback and can be provided on request. The detailed reports and measurements are used to monitor performance, proactively determine root causes and are used by ISG to provide crucial feedback to the customer. Providing the customer with access to critical data and information is just part of ISG’s overall Customer-Partner philosophy. ISG provides our customer with visibility of their orders throughout the receiving, repair, warehousing, shipment, return and invoicing processes. Field Service
With a network of trained and qualified Field Service Engineers strategically located around the United States, Integrated Services Group provides on-site technical support for repairs, preventive maintenance and installation. All of our field activities are scheduled through our central office in New Jersey within 24 hours of notice.
